Tired of bench pressing reality?
There are other ways to live.
People come to me when they're in a major transition.
An existential crisis. A depression that won’t lift. An injury that won't resolve. A performance that's stalled. A life that looks right on the outside and feels wrong on the inside.
They come because other approaches haven't gone far enough.
And they stay because something shifts.
Most people in my field listen. I watch. I see things intensely - the patterns underneath the story, what’s ready to move and what’s been avoided for years.
I ask the right questions. I notice what you don’t. And things start to unfold.
People tell me they feel deeply seen in this work.
Licensed Professional Counselor · Depth Psychotherapist · Performer
I came to this work because I needed it.
I’ve spent over 17 years as a licensed therapist, but my work has also been shaped by competitive athletics, chronic illness, performance, creativity, and the experience of having to rebuild parts of my own life.
I’m interested in what happens to people under strain -how we survive, adapt, disconnect from ourselves, and eventually find our way back.
Strength, in my work, is not about pushing harder. It’s the capacity to remain whole under sustained pressure.
