When someone comes to me, I know they’re on the verge of something revolutionary.

The work I do is not comfortable.

Its true.

And truth is what actually changes things.

I’m like an owl.

I see things intensely — the patterns underneath the story, the moment someone shifts from performance to truth, what’s ready to move and what’s been avoided for years.

I ask the right questions. I notice what you don’t. And things start to unfold.

People describe it as being called out and deeply seen at the same time.

People come to me when they're in a major transition.

An existential crisis. A depression that won't lift. An injury that won't resolve. A performance that's stalled. A life that looks right on the outside and feels wrong on the inside.

They come because other approaches haven't gone far enough.

And they stay because something shifts.

Licensed Professional Counselor · Depth Psychotherapist · Performer

I came to this work because I needed it.

I'm a licensed therapist with over seventeen years of clinical experience. My background includes competitive athletics, chronic illness, complex trauma, nervous system disruption, and a long creative practice as a performer, poet, and storyteller.

I know what it costs to push through. I know what it takes to rebuild. I had to learn how to hold the darkness without being consumed by it.

Strength, in my work, is the capacity to remain whole under sustained pressure.
